BEST OLD-FASHIONED APPLE PIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS (8 PEOPLE)

  • 4 apples
  • 180 gr. of flour
  • 1/2 envelope of chemical yeast (8 grams of baking powder)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr. brown sugar
  • 175 ml. milk
  • red berries (to garnish)
  • apricot jam
  • butter and flour for the mold

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST OLD-FASHIONED APPLE PIE RECIPE

STEP 1

Place the flour, yeast, eggs, sugar, 2 apples (peeled and diced), and milk in the blender glass. Blend until a homogeneous mass is left.

STEP 2

Pour the mixture onto the buttered and floured mold. Peel the other 2 apples, cut them into slices, and cover the surface of the cake.

STEP 3

Bake it at 180ºC for 45 minutes (with the preheated oven).

STEP 4

Let it cool down a bit, remove it from the mold, and with the help of a brush, spread the surface with a little apricot jam.
